Celestyal Cruises delays return until April

Celestyal Cruises has cancelled all cruises in March and most of April after pushing back its return to the seas.

The cruise line said it now hopes to resume sailing on 24 April with the seven-night Idyllic Aegean voyage.

Celestyal had previously hoped to re-launch in March.

Guests booked on the cancelled March and April voyages will have the option to receive a refundable Future Cruise Credit (FCC), equivalent to 100% of the amount paid plus an additional non-refundable bonus FCC equal to 20% of the paid fare.

Meanwhile, Celestyal will move its operations for the three- and four-night Iconic Aegean itineraries from Piraeus Port in Athens to the Lavrion Port and Marina, 16 miles from Athens Airport

The first four-night Iconic Aegean cruise is due to depart on 26 April with the three-night voyages starting on 30 April.
