The Zetter Group acquired by hotel investor Orca Holding

The Zetter Group has been sold to hospitality investor Orca Holding for an undisclosed sum.

"This acquisition presents an opportunity for more strategic expansion of the Zetter brand and will benefit from Orca Holding's global hotel development experience," said Laith Pharon, Chief Executive of Orca Holding.

Pharon sadi it has 'huge growth and development potential.'

The new parent company is looking at opening locations across London and elsewhere in the UK, as well as key cities in Europe such as Paris, Madrid and Amsterdam.
