Singapore-HK travel bubble delayed

As expected, Singapore and Hong Kong have pushed back their planned air travel bubble. It had been scheduled to start on 26 May. It is the second postponement after a last-minute delay late last year.

The Hong Kong government said further updates will be announced by 13 June. The latest postponement comes as Covid cases rise in Singapore. It identified a further 21 cases on Monday, and it has recently tightened restrictions to limit the size of tour groups, cruise ship capacity and public gatherings.
