Emirates restarts Nice, Lyon flights

In line with France easing its entry requirements for visitors, Emirates will resume flights from Dubai to Nice and Lyon.

The routes will be reactivated on the 2 and 9 July respectively.

The lifting of entry restrictions allow travellers coming from the UAE to visit France quarantine-free.

Emirates customers in the UAE are eligible for quarantine-free entry if they are fully vaccinated and must also hold a negative Covid-19 test result prior to departure

Emirates will serve both Nice and Lyon on widebody Boeing 777-300ER aircraft.

Emirates currently operates 14 weekly flights to and from Paris, aboard flagship A380 aircraft.

As more international destinations ease their entry restrictions, Emirates plans to expand services to offer more options for quarantine-free travel where available.

The airline has also recently introduced contactless technology to ease customers through Dubai airport.
