Tennessee luring tourists with free flights

Tennessee hopes to lure out of state travelers with the promise of free flights for tourists. The state will use $2.5 million of tax dollars to pay for airline ticket vouchers for tourists booking two or more night hotel stays in Nashville, Memphis, Knoxville or Chattanooga.

The 'Tennessee on Me' campaign will give the first 10,000 people booking hotel packages a $250 flight voucher for flights with Delta Air Lines, American Airlines, or Southwest Airlines.
