CDC adds 16 destinations to Covid 'very high risk' travel list






The US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention added 16 destinations to its 'very high' Covid-19 risk level. It issued  a'Level 4: Covid-19 Very High' designation for Caribbean destinations Curaçao, Guadeloupe, Martinique, Saint Barthelemy, Saint Martin and US Virgin Islands.


Also tagged high risk are Ireland, Gibraltar, Greece, Malta and Isle of Man which is off the coast of north west England.


The CDC deems destinations  as 'very high' risk if they have had more than 500 cases per 100,000 population within the past 28 days.
