United makes vaccinations compulsory for all employees

United Airlines has announced it is mandating vaccinations for all employees.  In a letter to workers, CEO Scott Kirby and President Brett Hart said the company would be requiring all employees to provide proof they have been fully vaccinated by 25 October or five weeks after the Food and Drug Administration fully authorizes a vaccine, whichever is earlier. 

Employees who haven't done so by then will be released unless they are exempt for religious or health reasons.
