Wizz Air launches cabin crew recruitment roadshow

Wizz Air is launching its largest ever cabin crew recruitment roadshow, with plans to hire 800 new cabin crew members by December 2021.

It is holding six events in Luton for cabin crew candidates in the UK.

The airline will be hosting recruitment events at the Hampton by Hilton at London Luton Airport in August, September and October, offering aspiring cabin crew the chance to learn more about working at Wizz Air.

It encompasses a full day of activities, including personal introductions, situational role play, team exercises and an individual interview.

These events are part of the airline's continued recruitment drive for cabin crew members and pilots across Wizz Air's network.

"It has been an exciting year of expansion for Wizz Air, and we are delighted to invite aspiring cabin crew to join one of our upcoming recruitment events, to learn more about the opportunities we have to offer," said Marion Geoffroy, Managing Director of Wizz Air UK.

It comes as Wizz Air looks to triple the size of its fleet, with 500 Airbus aircraft expected in the next ten years.

It has opened 18 new bases and launched of over 300 new routes across its network in the past year alone.

In the UK, Wizz Air has opened two new bases at Gatwick and Doncaster Sheffield, with its fourth base at Cardiff Airport due to launch in summer 2022.
