South Korea will allow entry for EU travellers

South Korea will lift entry restrictions for people from European Union member states. The visa waiver and visa free entry programs for EU and Schengen Area countries will restart on 1 September.

They had been suspended since April 2020 due to the pandemic. It is a reciprocal deal  allowing South Korean nationals to stay up to 90 days when they enter the  EU.

EU nations France and Germany had already separately lifted restrictions for arrivals from South Korea.
