Crystal is the latest cruise line to require all passengers are fully vaccinated before embarking on a cruise.
It is the first major ocean cruise company based in the US to mandate inoculations for customers.
The rule applies to all ocean ships and its river cruise vessels.
The line says all passengers must have received all vaccine doses at least 14 days before departure.
"We know that peace of mind is the greatest luxury; and the vaccine requirement is simply the best way to ensure the safest possible Crystal experience for all onboard," said Crystal acting CEO, Jack Anderson.
Ship guests will need to complete an online declaration form acknowledging the requirement of a vaccination before tickets are issued.
As part of the line's Crystal Clean+ 4.0 measures, negative Covid tests are require of all guests and crew prior to boarding, while regular temperature checks, mask wearing and social distancing measures will be in force.
