A travel agent specialising in tailormade holidays to Cuba, Mexico, Peru and Sri Lanka has ceased trading.
Mirecki M, based in London, traded as Cuba Welcome, Cuban Fly Fishers, Holiday Welcome, Mexico Welcome, Peru Welcome, Sri Lanka Exotic Holidays and held the web addresses wwwcubabonefishing.com and www.cubawelcome.com.
On its website, it said the company started life in Havana, Cuba in 2000 by owner Mike Mirecki who set up the British travel agency.
The company also had an office in Havana.
The Civil Aviation Authority confirmed that Mirecki M, which was licensed under the ATOL scheme, was a sole trader with five forward bookings.
It added that all of these had been contacted.
