sharingXchange launches new website to reflect emphasis on Property Management Listing Service

sharingXchange, an emerging and innovative startup within the rapidly growing sharing economy, recently launched their new website, reflecting their focus towards a highly customized Property Management Listing Service for property owners in the short-term rental market.

The new site aims to reflect a new emphasis and direction for the company in which the focus will be on offering an encompassing service which includes marketing, managing and distributing short-term vacation rentals across multiple listing sites, such as Airbnb, HomeAway, VRBO, Expedia, TripAdvisor,, and many others. By offering a high-touch solution the company aims to provide property hosts with more bookings, and thus more earnings from their vacation rentals.

"Our model is to give property owner "more, for no more." Meaning that we only earn money if the property owner earns money." - John Hazlewood, CEO and founder of sharingXchange

The short-term property rental market has seen an immense increase in the past 5 years and is estimated to see further growth in 2018. According to Statista, "Revenue in the Vacation Rentals segment amounts to US$35,969m in 2018." "Revenue is expected to show an annual growth rate (CAGR 2018-2022) of 8.0% resulting in a market volume of US$48,864m in 2022." ( )

As prospects for additional income through properties, rooms and boats increase, many owners experience difficulties in managing their listings on one, if not more sites. sharingXchange is now targeting property owners who wish to or already list their properties on short-term rental sites such as Airbnb, HomeAway and, and offer the management of listings through multi-site distribution across all relevant short-term rental sites. The service includes calendar synchronization, improved response rates, listing management and improvements in terms of photography and description to increase rankings, ratings and ultimately bookings for their clients. The company aims to provide an all-encompassing solution to the average property owner that will allow them to maximise profits on their short-term rental.

"Through sharingXchange property owners can generate 70% more revenue and reduce the amount of time they spend on their listing by 90%. We have professional photographers, photo editors, and copywriters that make the property stand out and gives a higher conversion rate of bookings, at a higher price. A property owner doesn't necessarily have the 'know how' that our experts at sharingXchange have. We take off all the work from the property owner, and they make a lot more money than doing it themselves." - John Hazlewood, CEO and founder of sharingXchange

sharingXchange provides the property listing service for property owners globally, and is currently represented in more than 15 countries. With the repositioning of their new website, sharingXchange is preparing to increase their property acquisition by targeting property owners in the USA, Greece, Italy and Bulgaria.

sharingXchange also offers a metasearch comparison function allowing to compare rental properties from all major home and vacation rental sites.

John Hazlewood, founder and CEO of sharingXchange, previously set up one of the first online flight booking engines, in 1995. 20 years on he has transferred his experience in the technology and travel industry to set up sharingXchange in order to provide entrepreneurs, homeowners and travellers with simple and unique site to search, compare and share.

sharingXchange was founded and is registered in Austin, Texas, but with a global, remote workforce, reflecting the changing characteristics of work in the 21st century.
