Mr Motivator shares fitness tips with agents

Former GMTC fitness instructor Mr Motivator made a typically brightly-coloured lycra-clad appearance at this week's Global Travel Conference in Orlando.

Here are his top tips to improve your health and mobility in the workplace.

- When seated at your desk, imagine there's an orange between your shoulder blades and you're gently squeeze the juice out

- Set your alarm clock every hour and then get up from your desk and move about

- Never cross your legs when seated

- When you get up from a chair, bring your heels back, look into the corner of the room then stand up with your palms resting on your thighs. Do the same with your palms when you sit down.

- Regularly rotate your shoulders in a circular motion

- Walk where possible, especially up stairs
