Qatar to increase summer schedules from UK airports

Qatar Airways will increase its flight frequency from the UK and Ireland by 17 flights a week ahead of the summer season.

The increases to the UK schedule will see Cardiff move to daily flights from May 30, Manchester to have three flights a day from June 14, London Gatwick to have three flights a day from June 29, Edinburgh to have 20 flights per week from July 1 and Dublin to move to 11 flights a week on the same date.

These additional flights mean that Qatar Airways will operate 119 flights per week out of the UK & Ireland.

  • Hugely impressed

I flew Qatar Business Class recently for the first time and was hugely impressed, quite the best of all the airlines, as opposed to a very poor experience in Emirates a few days ago. Only criticism would be over the food, which was not great but everything else about it was superb. It is Qatar for us from now onwards.
