New ownership for Spanish rental company

The owner of Spanish holiday rental platform,, has sold off 75% of the company to three new partners.

Claus Sorensen says the move, which means each now holds a 25% share in the Malaga-based company, will help strengthen its brand value and allow it to develop a more ambitious expansion plan.

The new co-owners are Jan Dal Lehrmann, Kenneth Andersen and Jannich Friis Petersen.

Dal Lehrmann has devoted the last eight years to investing in startups in active non-executive roles. Previous investments and exits include Bilbasen, Autobutler, Bazoom and Benjamin Media.

Andersen is a founder and owner of several online businesses with a portfolio of more than 50 websites. He was former head of motors in eBay Classifieds Northern Europe and CEO of and has been on the Board of since 2017.

Friis Petersen, the company's current CEO, said: "I have defined even more my commitment and dedication to this company that now has even more potential to offer the best holiday homes in Spain for European travellers. We'll live exciting years in the holiday rental industry and will make a landmark."
