TUI's flagship hotel brand, TUI Blue, will make its debut in Asia next year.
The TUI Blue Nam Hoi An hotel in Vietnam is due to open in March 2020 alongside TUI's three Robinson Clubs in the Maldives and in Thailand and three Riu hotels in Sri Lanka and the Maldives.
In addition, TUI operates three concept hotels in the region.
"We see great potential for TUI Blue in Asia and have already started to pursue further growth plans," saidSebastian Ebel, TUI Group Executive Board member is charge of Hotels & Resorts.
"South East Asian destinations enable us to operate our hotels all year round, reducing our seasonal swing, and to tap into new target groups."
The opening is in cooperation with a new local joint venture partner TMG.
The 318-room hotel will be situated in a beachfront location on Tam Tien beach on the Central Vietnamese coast.
