Stuba expands UK product

[Sponsored News]

Stuba, the new brand following the merger of getabed and roomsXML, has strengthened its UK content at the request of travel agents.

Stuba has added nearly 900 hotels to its UK portfolio in destinations such as London, Aberdeen, St Ives and Great Yarmouth, taking the total count of three-star and above hotels in UK to over 6,400.

It now covers 357 destinations in the UK, with five or more hotels in over 40 destinations.

Stuba has also added over 1,700 new contracts in the UK for existing hotels to ensure better rates, promotions and increased availability.

Chief commercial officer Matt Stuart said agents are now looking for more options, particularly  following the recent demise of Superbreak.

He said: "Increasing our portfolio in the UK has been on our agenda for some time following increasing requests from agents, more so in light of recent events."
