TIPTO appoints eighth Agent Ambassador

TIPTO has welcomed Amanda Parsonage as its eighth Agent Ambassador.

Director of Grosvenor Travel in Chester, she joins the programme to help to inform TIPTO's strategic direction for the coming year.

She will be invited to TIPTO's General Meetings and play an integral role in influencing the set up and delivery of roadshow events and training sessions, member incentives and more.

Ambassadors are also given first refusal on invites to special VIP events such as Ladies Day at the Races.

"I have been a regular attendee of TIPTO events since coming into travel three years ago and I truly believe the information and industry insights provided by suppliers add real value to our day to day work," said Parsonage.

"I think TIPTO is a must for all agents. Its varied event formats offer so much supplier support and really do help agents keep their finger on the pulse of the industry. It's certainly helped me grow and I'm now excited to repay that debt by helping the association to strategically grow for the benefit of the wider travel trade."
