Bear Grylls OBE will be the keynote speaker for Travel Counsellors' 2019 annual conference.
The adventurer, TV personality and author~will join 2,000 delegates at the Manchester conference on November 15-17.
Marking the group's 25th anniversary the weekend event will include seminars, workshops, and an awards ceremony to celebrate and support the growth of the its members.
Grylls, who received the OBE earlier this month for his services to young people, the media and charity, will make his keynote address during the conference sessions on Sunday.
Travel Counsellors CEO Steve Byrne said having Grylls at the anniversary event was a real honour.
"Bear knows all too well the importance of self-belief and motivation, no matter the odds, in driving through success. By taking initiative and trusting his instincts, he has shown how a positive mindset can be an incredibly powerful tool," he said.
"Throughout his career Bear has travelled the world and showcased a wealth of destinations and extraordinary experiences, which as a company who supports our customers to explore the globe, is a theme we take to heart.
"We're very much looking forward to Bear showcasing his unique insight and providing huge inspiration to our people, plus offering practical advice on how to stay motivated, focused and successful within their individual businesses."
