Celebrity Cruises reshuffles senior team

Celebrity Cruises has announced a shake-up of its senior team under three newly-defined regions.

Jo Rzymowska, currently managing director and vice president of Celebrity Cruises UK and Ireland will drop Asia and will instead take on Europe and the Middle East.

She will lead the launch of the cruise line's new Edge Class ship, Celebrity Apex, in March.

Australia and Asia Pacific have been realigned and Susan Bonner will rejoin the team as VP and MD for Australia, New Zealand and APAC.

She is currently working to build a new team in the region with the support of Apple Woo who has been promoted to director of Asia.

The US, Canada, Mexico and South America will be managed and led by Dondra Ritzenthaler, SVP sales, and Keith Lane, VP field sales.

Mexico and South America will have a dedicated director reporting into Keith.

The appointments are effective immediately and will report into president and CEO Lisa Lutoff-Perlo as part of the new single-branded global structure.
