Suppliers step up agent training during downtime




Operators, tourist boards and travel suppliers are stepping up their remote training and webinars for agents over the next few weeks.

They are hoping to reach out to the many agents who have been furloughed or who are working from home during the coronavirus pandemic and who want to use the time to continue improving their product knowledge.
