Disney Cruise Line suspends more Europe sailings

Disney Cruise Line has extended cruise cancellations until late July and beyond.

Last week it announced all 2020 Alaska cruises would be scrapped as expected due to the extended Canada cruise ship ban.

Now it has said all 2020 Europe sailings are cancelled aboard Disney Magic through October 2.

This includes a 10-night transatlantic crossing and Northern Europe, Norwegian Fjords and British Isles sailings.

Disney Dream is the first vessel scheduled to resume sailing again on July 31, followed by Disney Fantasy in early August.

A CDC 'No Sail' order is still in effect until next month, banning all large cruise ships from sailing in US waters.

Guests booked on cancelled sailings can claim a a full refund or take a 125% future cruise credit which may be used within 15 months of the original sailing date.

Guests and their travel agents on these impacted sailings will be contacted in the coming days.
