What will holidays be like this summer?

The Government is expected to announce quarantine-free travel to some destinations later this week and there are hopes that the Foreign Office will lift its blanket advice against all non-essential travel at the same time.

Airlines have already ramped up their international flights and Tui and Jet2holidays are planning to start their summer programmes on July 11 and July 15 respectively if, as expected, travel restrictions are lifted to some holiday hotspots.

But with overseas holidays suddenly looking like a very real possibilty, your clients might well be asking what it will be like to travel this summer.

Will the pools be open? What about the kids' clubs? Will there still be an all-day buffet and what about evening entertainment?

This article by TravelMole associate editor Linsey McNeill answers these questions and more.
