Anantara Hotels, Resorts & Spas is set to debut in the Seychelles in September.
It has rebranded the landmark Maia Luxury Resort & Spa, and will be known as Anantara Maia Seychelles Villas.
It joins Anantara's Indian Ocean portfolio of luxury resorts in the Maldives, Mauritius and Sri Lanka.
Located on Mahe, it features 30 private villas, each with its own dedicated villa host.
Resort amenities include Anantara Spa, a fully-equipped fitness centre, and a resort swimming pool.
"Without question Anantara Maia Seychelles Villas will become one of Anantara's flagship properties and joins our existing portfolio of Indian Ocean resorts," said Dillip Rajakarier, CEO of Minor International, parent of Anantara Hotels, Resorts & Spas.
The resort includes the Beyond All Inclusive concept allowing guests to dine in-villa or anywhere around the resort including in the restaurant, pool bar, the wine boutique, in the garden or on the beach.
Anantara Maia Seychelles Villas becomes the brand's first property in the Seychelles and the seventh across the Indian Ocean.
