Taiwan 'flights to nowhere' sell out fast

There seems to be big pent up demand for air travel with people snapping up tickets for flights out of Taiwan's Taoyuan International Airport. But these flights are going nowhere in particular.

It seems the experience of just boarding an aircraft and taking off is enough to satisfy the wanderlust of people after several months without overseas flights. These so-called 'flights to nowhere' jet off to the edge of Taiwan's airspace before landing back in Taipei.
