Countries compete to lure digital nomads

From Barbados' call to 'Work from Paradise,' to special visas for Georgia and Estonia, countries with little or no international tourism are turning their attention to the digital nomad dollar.

With the exception of just a few destinations, few countries had a strategy to court digital nomads or understood their aspirations. While international tourism is at a virtual standstill, they are competing more keenly for location independent workers.
