Aman opening Bangkok urban resort

Luxury resort operator Aman is expanding its footprint in Thailand with its fist urban resort in Bangkok.

It unveiled Aman Nai Lert Bangkok, which is slated to open in 2023 as a luxury hotel and branded residences.

Situated in Nai Lert Park, it offers a 52 suite hotel and no more than 50 branded residences across 18 floors.

Residents will have access to a private dining room and lounge, a Garden Lounge with a library and business centre, an infinity pool and an Aman Fitness Centre.

The pet-friendly property will also feature the Aman Kids' Club.

The urban resort is a relatively new concept for Aman.

It began in 2014 with Aman Tokyo and it opens its first urban residences later this year with the opening of Aman New York.

The Aman story has its roots in Thailand where it opened its first resort in Phuket more than three decades ago.
