Audley Travel extends cancellation policy

Audley Travel has extended its flexible cancellation policy allowing customers to rearrange their trips until the end of 2022.

Originally introduced in June, Audley Travel's 'flexible cancellation promise' has been extended so customers can rearrange dates or their destination without any amendment fee, up to 45 days before departure. Additional changes may be incurred based on the charges to the trip, such as accommodation and/or seasonality.

To qualify, the trip must be booked by 31st December 2020 and travel dates can be moved to departures up to 31st December 2022.

Audley Travel said if Foreign Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) advice or updated quarantine rules impacts the trip and the customer can't rearrange their trip, it will offer a full refund.

In addition, clients who book trips to European destinations by 31st December 2020 (for travel before 14th December 2021), can cancel up to 14 days before the scheduled departure date and receive a full refund, with no questions asked.
