Brand USA Global Marketplace launches






Destination marketing organization Brand USA has launched a new B2B platform Brand USA Global Marketplace.


It is being touted as a one-stop shop for US travel suppliers to market services to international trade customers.


It serves as an always-on, virtual platform showcasing US destinations, attractions, and points of interest for the international travel industry.


"This is a ground-breaking digital platform that will enable US partners and international audiences to foster meaningful business relationships and critical connections, at a time when it is needed most," said Christopher L. Thompson, President and CEO of Brand USA.


It expects about 150 US partners to join ranging from destinations, regional marketing organizations, transportation suppliers, attractions, hotels and tour operators.


It will provide registered international buyers with travel itineraries, destination marketing collateral, and content from industry experts.


Using a virtual trade show concept, there will be educational seminars and a 'buyer pavilion' to arrange one-to-one meetings.


A video on-demand service will show travel entertainment, educational, and featured programming.


Brand USA Travel Week Europe will be the first virtual event hosted on Brand USA Global Marketplace from 26-29 October, 2020.
