James Villa Holidays has stopped selling flight inclusive packages to focus on accommodation only bookings.
The Maidstone-based company said this would allow it to invest more resources into curating a range of villas.
The changes came into effect on 8 October.
"Over time, the company said it aims to introduce further ancillary revenue, including flights, provided by technology partners.
Andreas Nau, Managing Director, said: "We have over 35 years of experience in the villa market and have an expert team with the knowledge to find and support high-quality villas in great holiday locations.
"Our customers will benefit from an increased portfolio, with more choice when looking for their holiday. We will continue to uphold the same high level of customer service and support that we have provided for many years."
Holidays which included flights and other extras, booked before October will be treated as per the booking conditions at the time of booking, said James Villas.
Customers who received a Refund Credit Note for a cancelled holiday with flights will still be able to book flights through the company, which has renewed its ATOL.
