Carnival cancels November cruises out of Florida

Carnival Cruise Line won't be restarting cruises until December at the earliest.

It announced it has cancelled the remaining cruises for November 2020  from Miami and Port Canaveral.

The line had already cancelled all other cruises from other ports until the year-end.

The U.S. Centers for Disease Control extended the no sail order for cruise operations until the end of October.

Carnival has tapped Miami and Port Canaveral as homeports for a phased return to operations whenever that may be.

The cruise line is still developing its protocols for the resumption of cruise operations.

It said cruises currently scheduled for December 2020 remain open and plans to operate them should it have CDC approval to do so.

Meanwhile, Carnival has announced more cruise cancellations down under.

Another five cruises from Australia scheduled on Carnival Splendor from 16 January to 8 February 2021 have been scrapped.
