TIPTO has handed over more than £1,500 to its long-term charity partner, Reuben's Retreat, which helps families of seriously ill children.
The funds were raised at TIPTO events held prior to the pandemic in late 2019/early 2020. The money came from prize draws and raffles, as well as individual donations.
Reuben's Retreat founder Nicola Graham said: "We are thrilled to have TIPTO continue to support our charitable efforts and want to thank everyone who has taken part in its fundraising activities or made a donation - it makes such a huge difference to the important work we do with families."
"Our primary goal is to create a home-from-home for families coping with the serious illness of a child.
"In 2020, thanks to the charitable support from organisations such as TIPTO, we have been able to deliver 2,384 hours of key support to our families - that's a staggering five times the hours delivered throughout 2019."
TIPTO Chairman Nick Hughes said: "We are honoured to continue support the vital work that Reuben's Retreat does for the families of children with life limiting and life threatening illnesses.
"The dedication of Nicola and her team is incredible and we hope to be able to deliver more support as soon as things return to normal this year. Reuben's is a charity that has always been close to TIPTO's heart and every team member and agent we've hosted this year has played an integral part in raising such a fantastic amount."
