International travel key reasons for high UK Covid death rates, says study


International travel was one of the key reasons for the high number of Covid deaths in the UK, according to a new study. Researchers in Aberdeen looked at the 37 worst affected countries in the world - including the UK - and concluded that if they'd imposed tighter border restrictions earlier they could have controlled the spread.
