Wendy Wu Tours offers free Business Class upgrades

Wendy Wu Tours has seen a spike in demand for travel for the last quarter of 2021 as well as a strong upturn for 2022 and 2023, following the Prime Minister's recent 'roadmap out of lockdown' broadcast.

It reported one of its best weeks of trading, over the last 12 months, in the last week of February 2021.

The steady resurgence of travel confidence has prompted Wendy Wu to meet this demand by offering free Business Class Upgrades from any UK airport and with any airline, worth up to £2,300 per person, for travel in the later part of 2021 as well as for departures throughout 2022 and 2023.

It says departures are selling out for September to November 2021 with extra dates added across all tours in 2022, notably in Japan, where forward sales for the 2022 Japan Cherry Blossom season are up more than 300% year on year.

"As the vaccination process continues to make progress, demand will intensify even more than it is already. Even with these new dates added for 2022, there is going to be limited availability to meet the pent-up demand for not being able to travel, a factor which we've all experienced over the last 12 months," said  John Warr, global sales director at Wendy Wu.

"We encourage agents everywhere to take advantage of these offers now and make that eagerly awaited first trip overseas again for their customers."

"As well as these new Business Class upgrade offers our team of business development managers are working closely with the trade, supporting agents with training, webinars and how to utilise these offers to get maximum impact," Warr added.

Bookings must be made by 31 March 2021 to qualify for these offers.

Wendy Wu offers a portfolio of group, private, solo and tailormade tours in over 40 countries across Asia and South America.
