The Midcounties Co-operative will re-open all high street branches on 12 April, as lockdown restrictions are eased.
All 78 branches across England's mid counties will welcome customers back on 12 April, as the co-operative society introduces a new name for its retail travel brand, 'Your Co-op Travel.'
Formerly 'Co-operative Travel,', the new name and branding forms part of a wider Midcounties Co-operative adoption of the 'Your Co-op' branding, which will see all the society's sub-brands re-named with the 'Your' prefix.
Sara Dunham Chief Officer, Travel and Leisure Services for The Midcounties Co-operative's travel division, said: "As a business that is fully owned by its members, the new 'Your Co-op' brand identity powerfully reflects that idea of belonging to our members, which is so important to us. Our purpose is to serve our members and our success as a co-operative society is down to building great connections with our customers, member-owners and the communities in which we operate."
"Our members have a direct say in the decisions we make, whether that's shaping our long-term business strategy or choosing how we support their local communities."
The Midcounties Co-operative's travel agent homeworking division is also being re-named 'The Personal Travel Agents in partnership with Your Co-op' in line with the new society-wide branding.
When the 78 branches re-open on 12 April, three of the branches - Evesham, Thame and Beccles - will open with the new 'Your Co-op Travel' signage and branding.
Remaining branches will be re-branded gradually, over time, except for the seven Carrick Travel shops, which will retain their existing name and branding.
