Travel to Wales and Scotland now permitted

Covid restrictions are eased from today in Scotland and Wales, allowing residents of both nations to enjoy an al fresco beer. In Wales pubs, restaurants, cafes and other hospitality businesses will be allowed to offer outdoor service. Small outdoor events are also permitted such as  wedding receptions for up to 30 people and outdoor attractions can open.

Scotland moves to Tier 3, which allows cafes, restaurants and beer gardens to open, as well as all shops, gyms, swimming pools and museums.

Also, travel between Scotland, England and Wales is now permitted and accommodation providers can accept overnight guests.
