Aer Lingus delays launch of US services from Manchester

Aer Lingus' planned launch of transatlantic flights to the US out of Manchester has been pushed back. Flights to New York and Orlando from Manchester were set to begin on 29 July but are now postponed due to the delay in reopening international travel.

The routes will now commence on 30 September, the airline said. The route to Barbados will go ahead as planned. The airline's customer service team will contact customers with alternative options such as a full refund, a voucher or re-accommodation on other services.
