Most of our team is based at our headquarters in Chester, and following the pandemic, we have introduced a flexible ‘hybrid working’ policy to continue with home/office working to suit individual preferences and promote the best working environment. Beyond the UK, Elegant Resorts also has expert concierge staff in Barbados, Antigua and Mauritius, on hand to look after you from the moment you arrive in resort until you bid goodbye to the island.
