Amadeus River Cruises Introduces New Group Policy In Response To Increase In Bookings & Enquiries

Following a double digit percentage increase in group bookings and enquiries, Amadeus River Cruises has introduced a new groups policy featuring enhanced commission levels, free places and early booking discounts. The new policy features two different packages aimed at agents, group organisers, tour operators and retail shops, whether they require guaranteed capacity or are focusing on individual sales.

 

  • Group Pricing – Live Availability: This package is designed for shops and agents to focus on individual sales on targeted departures and includes live pricing from the Amadeus River Cruises’ website as well as an Early Booking Discount.  Bookings are made on live availability with no allocation held. Also included is one free place for every 21 places sold plus enhanced commission.

 

  • Group Pricing – Protected Allocation: This package is designed for group organisers, tour operators, shops and agents where capacity needs to be guaranteed and commitment is rewarded, and includes live pricing on the Amadeus River Cruises’ website as well as an Early Booking Discount.  For these bookings, the allocation is held and protected with a non-refundable deposit. There is also is one free place for every 21 places sold plus additional enhanced commission.
