Celebrity Cruises is celebrating travel agents in spectacular style as it officially announces the winners of its largest-ever Celebrity Moments campaign. A much-loved annual campaign, the nationwide initiative is designed to recognise trade partners who help bring the brand’s premium travel experiences to life.
The campaign has rewarded 200 agents with places on an exclusive three-night sailing from Lisbon to Southampton on the award-winning Celebrity Apex. Winners were selected through a unique combination of sales performance and Wild Card Wednesday Competitions, which awarded 15 agents who were engaged with the Celebrity Loves Agents Facebook page.
The sailing, taking place from 5 to 8 May 2026, includes a one-night pre-cruise stay in Lisbon on 4 May where the winners will be welcomed as the celebrations unfold, and an all-included experience onboard. Winning agents will enjoy Celebrity Apex’s elevated dining across 29 restaurants, bars and lounges, spa and wellness amenities and high-energy entertainment. Winners from the UK & Ireland will also receive flights from the UK to Lisbon and the opportunity to bring a guest.
One of the Wild Card winners, Natasha Muller from Arrivia Europe Ltd, commented, “I’ve only done one Celebrity ship visit and have never done a Celebrity cruise so beyond excited is an understatement. During the Wave period, there were over 10,000 entries in the Celebrity Moments campaign, while over 1,150 visits and calls with agents took place, with sales team members surprising and delighting partners with almost 400 on the spot Celebrity Rewards prizes claimed, ranging from £5 to £50. The Celebrity Loves Agents Facebook group saw the highest engagement of any campaign in its history, with over 25,000 interactions and welcoming over 800 new partners into its community.
Agents have also benefitted from double Celebrity Rewards during the campaign period, earning £10 per booking, alongside roadshow visits from the Celebrity Cruises sales team, the launch of the new Celebrity Cruises Selling Guide, training webinars and access to resources through Celebrity Central.
