Inghams Walking 2024 Brochure Lands with New Destinations and Early Booking Offers

Wednesday, Nov 01, 2023 0

Walking holiday experts Inghams Walking, have released their 2024 brochure with early booking offers on selected holidays across Europe, and two new destinations, Madeira and Andorra.

Built on 85+ years’ experience of exploring the great outdoors, Inghams Walking holidays are done differently. Customers can wave goodbye to set itineraries, carrying kit and packing every night and say hello to Stay-and-Walk holidays, with the freedom to do whatever they feel like on holiday.

Customers just need to pick their base, and stroll, hike or stride around the most beautiful parts of Europe taking in an abundance of breath-taking views and exploring as much or as little of the resorts as they like. There’s an endless list of things to experience from exploring trails and hiking the peaks to thrilling watersports on lakes and tucking into the unique flavours of the area. Or perhaps they’d rather just kick-back and enjoy everything else they love to do on holiday.

In many Inghams resorts, customers can also join a small group of fellow travellers on up to two exclusive guided day walks, led by a professional guide which is included in the price of their holiday. Each week, one easy-to-moderate and one more challenging walk are offered, taking in the incredible scenery, hidden trails and expert knowledge on the areas nature and landscape.*

2024 New Destinations

Madeira: Set 1,000 kilometres away from mainland Portugal, Madeira is a one-of-a-kind island. The most famous footpaths are the levada walking trails – ingenious irrigation systems that twist and turn through fairy-tale forests and mist-wreathed mountains. Walking, cycling, boat trips, wine tasting and feasting on island cuisine are also excellent ways to get stuck into the spectacular geography of Madeira.

7 nights Bed & Breakfast at Suite Hotel Eden Mar, Funchal, Madeira. Flying 27th May 2024 from London Stansted from £807 per person. Based on two adults sharing. Flights and transfers included.

Andorra: Andorra is one of Europe’s smallest countries, packing in over 100 mountains and three natural parks across a Pyrenean landscape. Glacial valley walks, lazy lakeside loops, mountain village strolls, pine forest trails, via ferrata and suspension bridges… walkers will find every type of footpath in Andorra, from family-friendly ambles to long-distance treks.

7 nights Half Board at Xalet Verdu, Arinsal, Andorra. Flying 19th June 2024 from London Luton from £641 per person. Based on two adults sharing. Flights and transfers included.
