InteleTravel has appointed a new training manager to further boost its UK team.
Lisa-Marie Smith has been with the business for five years as a travel advisor and brings an in-depth knowledge of internal processing and an ability to mentor fellow advisors.
She also has extensive experience in events and sales consultancy, having spent 10 years working for an event management company in Dubai.
Based in the London office, Lisa-Marie will implement a new training strategy and control the new onboarding training process over numerous channels.
“I’m excited to bring my experience to this role and the plans ahead will only strengthen our position in the homeworking sector,” said Lisa-Marie.
UK and Ireland managing director Tricia Handley-Hughes said: “We are delighted Lisa-Marie has joined as we continue to expand and further improve our training programme for advisors.”
