Tuesday, Jul 18, 2023 0

Cruise Plus, the sister brand of Gold Medal, are delighted to bring their agents their latest development, which showcases the luxury cruise market within their portfolio including enhancements across product, service, marketing content and rewards.

The ‘Luxury by Cruise Plus’ portfolio features specially selected market-leading luxury cruise lines – including Seabourn, Silversea, Explora Journeys, Azamara, Oceania Cruises and Ponant, and promises agents a cruise offering nothing less than opulent.

Agents who make bookings for Luxury by Cruise Plus receive competitive Farebank Rewards, with the biggest value being up to £500. With the renewed focus on luxury, agents can also enter two new incentives.

There is the opportunity to win a place on a FAM trip in partnership with Ponant. Sailing on Le Dumont-d’Urville and exploring the tropical shores of Belize and Honduras, this FAM trip travels in November 2023. All agents who make a package booking including a cruise itinerary from one of their luxury partners can be in with a chance to win, package bookings including a Ponant cruise receive double entry.

Agents also have the chance to win a cruise holiday in partnership with Azamara.

This 10 Night Italy Intensive Voyage sails in April 2024 and can be won by any agent who makes a Luxury by Cruise Plus package booking, including a cruise itinerary. Agents who make a booking specifically with Azamara receive a double entry. Agents should send their booking references, with their ABTA number and name to [email protected] to register their entries.

Cruise Plus’ Head of Product, Mark Henderson, shared, “As part of the dnata UK B2B family, Cruise Plus has access to an unparalleled array of luxury product across accommodation, touring, rail journeys, day tours and flights – all which pairs perfectly with the offering from our luxury cruise line partners. This allows our dedicated team of sales consultant to craft ultra-luxury itineraries across air, land and sea.”

Henderson continued, “There have been phenomenal investments and growth over the last few years within the luxury cruise sector – including the launch of new cruise lines such as Explora Journeys and the expansion into luxury expedition cruising by Seabourn. We understand the importance of knowledge and expertise within this sector, and are therefore very excited to introduce Luxury by Cruise Plus. With an elevated look and feel, we believe this truly complements and showcases the very best that ultra-luxury cruise has to offer.”

Investment into service and agent tools is a clear priority for Cruise Plus and the other dnata B2B brands, Gold Medal, Pure Luxury and Incredible Journeys. The brand also enhanced their micro-site in June, meaning agents can easily identify the Luxury by Cruise Plus offering and navigate through to an array of marketing content and travel inspiration.
