Cue the island vibes, because we’re thrilled to announce the all-new Margaritaville Island Reserve Cap Cana, in the Dominican Republic will be fully open November 1, 2021. In addition to enjoying unparalleled access to one of the Dominican Republic’s most beautiful beaches, your clients can also look forward to world-class cuisine, top-notch cocktails and activities the whole family will enjoy.

Our guests’ experience is our top priority. That’s why, as part of our Book with Confidence Opening Guarantee, in the event the hotel does not open as scheduled on November 1, 2021, your clients will have the opportunity to choose from any of the following options:

▻ Keep their original dates of travel, protect their stay at Azul Beach Resort Punta Cana and, receive a return stay certificate at Margaritaville Island Reserve Cap Cana, equal to their original reservation.
● Certificate is valid for one year from date of issue and is subject to availability at time of booking; blackout dates apply.
● Certificate can be booked directly with preferred travel agent/tour operator or directly with the Karisma Reservation Center.
● The travel agent commission will be protected based on the original booking.

▻ Rebook for a later arrival date at Margaritaville Island Reserve Cap Cana. Karisma will honor the original room category and original rate booked plus, provide a $200 per person credit towards flight changes.

▻ Change the destination and rebook to Margaritaville Island Reserve Riviera Cancun in Mexico for the original travel dates and original length of stay. Clients will receive a $200 per person credit towards flight changes. Any difference in rate between the originally booked hotel and the newly booked hotel will be refunded to the guest. And yes, the travel agent commission will be protected based on the original booking.

▻ In the event your client stays at Margaritaville Island Reserve Cap Cana as originally booked and not ALL services are available, each person on the reservation will receive a $200 resort credit as a gesture of goodwill to ensure their full satisfaction.

▻ If your client decides to cancel their stay before arrival purely due to a late or incomplete hotel opening announced by Karisma, clients will have the option of:
A return stay certificate for the same number of nights as the original reservation, including a complimentary room upgrade to Margaritaville Island Reserve Cap Cana Villas. Certificate is valid for one year from date of issue and is subject to availability at time of booking; blackout dates apply. Certificate can be booked directly with preferred travel agent/tour operator or directly with the Karisma Reservation Center.

● Receive a refund of the total amount of the original booking (hotel portion only).

And yes, the travel agent commission will be protected!
