I am delighted that Suzanne Horner has accepted my invitation to be in conversation with me as part of Travel Technology Initiative’s Parlez with Paul series. Suzanne is Chief Executive Officer of Gray Dawes Travel and Chair of the Business Travel Association.

When she joined Gray Dawes Travel she made a promise, “I’ll get you to a £100m revenue in five years.” In fact, this was achieved in just four years. The company’s revenue is now over £250m. It employs over 250 people with six offices in the UK and offices in Sydney, Melbourne and Miami.
