Regent Seven Seas Cruises® Continues Its Pursuit of Perfection: Unveiling Multi-Million-Dollar Transformation Plans for The World’s Most Luxurious Fleet®

Thursday, Apr 17, 2025 0

Regent Seven Seas Cruises®, the world’s leading ultra luxury cruise line, has revealed details of the extensive renovations for Seven Seas Mariner® and Seven Seas Voyager®, scheduled to take place in late 2025 and Spring 2026.

Emphasising the cruise line’s relentless Pursuit of Perfection – Regent’s continued commitment to exceeding guest expectations in every possible way, from culinary innovations to luxurious ship upgrades – the thoughtfully planned refurbishments will feature the same impeccable attention to detail seen in Regent’s renowned Explorer-Class ships, providing guests a consistently elegant look and feel across the entire fleet.

The multi-million-dollar investment will transform the two ships, with refreshed suites, beautiful public spaces, and an enhanced Pool Grill featuring a new wood fired pizzeria concept for relaxed al fresco dining.

The new suites exude modern elegance as design-led choices prioritise the highest standards of guest comfort. Sophisticated neutral tones will create a serene retreat, complemented by stylish yet functional furniture. Refined details will transform suites beyond holiday  accommodation and create a true home away from home.

“We are excited to upgrade Seven Seas Mariner and Seven Seas Voyager as we continue in our Pursuit of Perfection, elevating the standard of ultra-luxury cruising,” said Jason Montague, Chief Luxury Officer of Regent Seven Seas Cruises. “Following the resounding success of our Explorer-Class ships and in preparation to welcome our Prestige-Class ships, enhancing Seven Seas Mariner and Seven Seas Voyager is the natural next step as we move into an exciting new era for the brand.”

Highlights of Seven Seas Mariner and Seven Seas Voyager renovations include:

  • All suites will receive a full update of furnishings, details, hardware, and lighting.
  • Signature, Grand, Mariner, Voyager, Seven Seas, and Horizon Suites will in addition receive fully redesigned marble bathrooms.
  • Pool Grill and new pizzeria: Treating guests to a sophisticated yet elevated dining option, the Pool Grill is the perfect setting for a casual meal al fresco. A full renovation of the dining space will enhance the guest experience, and the addition of a new pizzeria concept will offer guests even more choice.
  • Across the ships lush new carpeting will be installed throughout the corridors, various public areas, and all suites.

Refurbishment for Seven Seas Mariner will begin when she enters dry dock in Marseille on November 3, 2025. Upgrades will be complete by November 26, 2025 before she embarks on a 14-night transoceanic Serenity at Sea voyage from Barcelona to Miami. From there, Seven Seas Mariner will sail a series of immersive Miami round trip itineraries, before embarking on the iconic 2026 World Cruise, The Sense of Adventure.

Seven Seas Voyager enters dry dock on April 26, 2026. Her refresh will be complete by May 21, 2026 ahead of her 12-night Eastern Mediterranean Gems sailing from Barcelona to Athens with calls to Croatia, Montenegro, and the Greek islands. Seven Seas Voyager will then embark on several Western and Eastern Mediterranean journeys across Italy, Portugal, Turkey and Greece, before debuting her elegant renovations to guests sailing the British Isles.
