New al fresco dinners and an authentic pizzeria menu elevate Regent’s renowned culinary offering

Regent Seven Seas Cruises®, the world’s leading ultra-luxury cruise line, is redefining relaxed dining at sea with the introduction of evening service at the Pool Grill, including a new gourmet pizzeria menu, offering guests a casual yet refined al fresco experience each night.

“Our guests love the exceptional onboard cuisine we are renowned for, but they also appreciate the freedom to enjoy dining in a more leisurely setting when the mood strikes, especially after an exhilarating day of exploration,” said Jason Montague, Chief Luxury Officer, Regent Seven Seas Cruises. “Evening service at the Pool Grill and our enhanced pizzeria menu allow us to offer dining that is more relaxed in style, yet uncompromising in quality, true to the unrivalled Regent experience.”

Now available across The World’s Most Luxurious Fleet® from 6 pm to 9 pm, the Pool Grill transforms into an inviting self-service evening venue, weather permitting, adding even more choice to Regent’s diverse dining collection. Guests can savour freshly prepared favourites such as strip loin minute steak, rosemary roasted chicken, Provençal-marinated lamb chops, and vegetable kebabs alongside an exquisite salad bar and appetisers, including hummus with pita chips, Caprese salad, Greek salad, and more.

The new pizzeria menu, first introduced on Seven Seas Mariner® after its December 2025 dry dock, features handcrafted pizzas made with premium ingredients. Now available on Seven Seas Explorer®, Seven Seas Grandeur®, and Seven Seas Splendor®, the menu will debut on Seven Seas Voyager® after its May 2026 refurbishment and on Seven Seas Prestige upon its launch later this year.

The new menu includes 10 delectable pizzas, including:

–         Burrata e Coppa: tomato, mozzarella, coppa, arugula, burrata

–         Tartufo e Porcini: Italian sausage, porcini, mozzarella, black truffle cream

–         Vegeteriana: mozzarella, peppers, red onions, eggplant, zucchini, mushroom, spinach

Complementing the setting, guests can enjoy a curated selection of sparkling wines and Champagne, including Castello di Spessa ‘Perte’ Ribolla Gialla Spumante, La Delizia ‘Naonis’ Prosecco Brut DOC, Canevel Prosecco Valdobbiandene DOCG, and Heidsieck Monopole Blue Top Brut Champagne. The adjacent Pool Bar is open from 10 am to 9 pm, an invitation to unwind with ease, enjoying a glass of wine as the ocean sunset unfolds.

Guests can expect Epicurean Perfection while sailing aboard Regent, with a range of dining venues – all included in the voyage fare – from Prime 7 and Pacific Rim to Chartreuse, Compass Rose, and Sette Mari at La Veranda. Every venue delivers distinctive menus crafted with the finest ingredients, ensuring that each meal, whether laid-back or refined, upholds Regent’s uncompromising standards of ultra-luxury.
