Travelsphere and Just You extend opening hours for peaks

Saturday, Jan 10, 2026 0

Specialist escorted touring brands Travelsphere and Just You have announced extended opening hours for the peaks booking period and the introduction of a dedicated trade phone number.

From the week commencing January 12 and running through to February 13, the contact centre will be open from 8am-6pm on Monday and Tuesday; 9am-6pm from Wednesday to Friday; 9am-5pm Saturday; and 10am-2pm Sunday.

The new dedicated trade number, which is live now, is 01858 415210.

The changes have been implemented following feedback from travel agents, as part of the operators’ Expert Advisory Team. This consists of 10 agents and enables the trade to share feedback and collaborate with the brands on ways of working and engagement.

Tom Morgan, trade sales director at Travelsphere and Just You, said: “By extending our opening hours during the peak booking period and introducing a dedicated trade phone number, we’re responding directly to agent feedback and giving them quicker, more convenient access. These enhancements, shaped through our Expert Advisory Team, reflect our commitment to listening, collaborating and continually improving how we support the trade.”

In addition, the operators recently launched a new peaks booking incentive, running throughout January and February.

Agents need to book any Travelsphere and Just You holiday to be in with a chance of winning a range of prizes, including fam trip places and beauty bundle sets.
