Travelsphere launches new escorted tours

Travelsphere has unveiled four new escorted tours for 2027, covering mainland Europe and southern Africa.

 

The tours, which are on sale from today (April 7, 2026), comprise:

 

Winter in Switzerland
Features a journey on the GoldenPass Express to Montreaux; a Kleine Scheidegg visit by train from Grindelwald; visits to the Lauterbrunnen village, Maison Cailler for a chocolate-making workshop, and Gruyères for a traditional Swiss cheese fondue tasting; and a guided tour of the Château de Chillon with wine tasting. Departs January 25, 2027 for six nights, from £2,579pp.

 

Exploring Crete – Chania & the White Mountains
Includes guided tours of the ancient city of Aptera; Chania including its Venetian harbour; the White Mountains; and Gonia Monastery. A winery and olive mill visit with tasting are also available. Departs June 6, 2027 for seven nights, from £2,199pp.

 

Scandinavia Explorer
Features guided city tours of Oslo, Copenhagen, Stockholm, Orebro and Jonkoping; visits to the Vasa Museum and Skansen Museum; and a cruise on Stockholm’s canals. Departs May 27, 2027 for eight nights, from £2,999pp.

 

Livingstone’s Africa – Victoria Falls, Botswana & Zimbabwe
Includes game drives in Chobe National Park and Hwange National Park; river cruises on the Chobe and Zambezi; a vintage tram ride through Zambezi National Park to the Victoria Falls Bridge; and a guided tour of Victoria Falls including a David Livingstone talk.

 

The itinerary is part of Travelsphere’s collection with the Royal Geographical Society (RGS), which features expert-led insights and an exclusive tour booklet keepsake offering destination content provided by the Society. A contribution from each booking supports the Society’s ongoing research and fieldwork. Departs March 3, 2027 for 11-nights, from £4,999pp.

 

All tours include return flights, overseas transfers, accommodation, select meals, and a holiday director and specialist local guides.
