Wilderness Safaris and Qatar Airways Extend Unique Partnership Offer to Iconic Destinations in Africa

Wilderness Safaris and Qatar Airways have extended their unique partnership through 31 March 2022, with the goal of incentivising air travel on Qatar Airways and stays at Wilderness camps. On behalf of each Qatar Airways ticket booked, Wilderness Safaris will plant 40 indigenous saplings at its luxurious Bisate Lodge in north-western Rwanda, enough to restore 100m2 of former agricultural land in Volcanoes National Park’s critical buffer zone. By sourcing trees from the Bisate nursery and hiring local residents to plant them during the correct planting season, Wilderness Safaris continues to positively impact the lives of its neighbours. To date, the partnership has generated bookings that have resulted to over 1000 trees that will be planted during the next planting season.
